Cool

This a very usefull piece of kit, I was sceptical about whether I would be able to get a good workout from this, but it is spot on. Selling cos I'm now going to be taking training very seriously and will do 90% of traning at the gym and will get some more free weights for home.

I bought it 26/08/03 from http://www.simplyfitnessequipment.co.uk and it is as new condition.

Features:
• Combined bench press and pec dec for upper body strength exercises
• Leg unit is dual function, providing both leg extension and back leg curl exercises
• Low pulley for rowing and bicep curls and lat pull down station for upper back and shoulder exercises
• 3 position independent action aerobic stepper for cardiovascular workout and a vertical knee raise station for abdominal workout
• Provides up to a maximum of 90kgs resistance on the bench press station
• Resistance System: cable operated system with 10 x 4.5kg vinyl weights
• Frame Support: black coloured rubber frame end caps
• Chip resistant, black hammertone epoxy powder coated
• Exercise Stations: bench press and chest press, lat pulldown (front and back), pec dec, leg extension and back leg curls, upright rows, crunches / sit-ups, knee raise and leg lift, aerobic stepper
• Warranty: 12 Months parts and labour

Dimensions:
Length: 188cm
Width: 131cm
Height: 214cm
Weight: 112kg
Max user weight: 102kg

Buyer will have to collect on this one, dont think the postie would appreciate this in his bag Collection from Hemel Hempstead.

Price wise it was £300 new, it is still in as new condition, make me an offer.

Cheers

Paul
