I've started a new thread because the old one was getting a bit untidy:

Scoobyworld Afterburner back box in new condition and has done less than 1000 miles, in fact it has never even been out in the rain! Just been repolished and shining like a mirror £260 including next day delivery in UK (£330 new inc delivery). I really want to sell this rather than swap or part exchange because I have decided on a Hayward & Scott standard noise box to replace it with and the logistics of part exchanging are a bit complicated.

Talking

I think you are asking too much, mate. Here is one being sold for £150.

Thanks for your input but I'm asking £70 less than a new one for one that has done <1000 miles and I think that's reasonable. If the other guy can afford to give his away for £150 then good for him but it's not for a classic anyway. I still have the option of sending it back to have it quietened a bit and it looks as if that might just happen

Wink

I would have been happy with £150 from the other guy, but as you've pointed out, it wouldn't fit mine. Let me know if you don't have any joy with yours and still want to sell. we might just come to some agreement.

Is this a 3" or a 2.5" bore system?
