if you need 4 doord & by best you mean fastest then gora be a STi type RA version dependant on expenditure sytandard they lack mod cons like leccy windows etc but plenty round with such luxuries as they were still options but hey if by best u mean luxury get a different car lol

easy atainable 450bhp
4wd supercar
low depreciation once they get to 10k
thats the quickest in your budget anyways
if you only want a impreza then sti up to a v5 for 10k

Two doors or 4? Sounds like you want a STi Type R or a 4-door STi. They both fast as hell, and have all the bits. You'll probably want an STi5 onwards as they look more up-to-date with the big rear spoile
