Taken from my95rex, replaced eariler this year with newish BRD one, turned out to be same part
Denso16102AA013.
works fine, recently cleaned.

£80 ono,
It will need new connections soldering on, as the one i replaced it with had different connections put on for installation into a STI5 at BRD, just a simple two wire job.
