Legacy GTB E-tune
#1
Sadly I am having to sell my Legacy. It is a late '99 E-tune in violet blue with a FSH and all GTB refinements plus some extras - STI quick shift, H&S stainless exhaust system. The mileage is 76.5k, but it had a new engine at 75k, which has been carefully run in on Optimax only. No need to take a chance on a similar year example with unknown fuel history. For further details/pictures see:

Note price given is a guideline, and I will be open to sensible offers.

I know the majority of people here aren't legacy enthusiasts, but I would welcome any opinions. Do people think this is a reasonable price, given that the car is in exceptional condition for its age, and is effectively a blank slate engine-wise.
Would welcome any advice from fellow GTB'ers on good places to sell. I really didn't want to have to but have lost my company car allowance.

The current market price for a 96 GTB is about £6500 according to the insurance companies. So £12000 for a car three years newer? I dunno....
I'll keep my white 96 GTB
Good luck though, it's a really nice looking Legacy.

£6500 at a push too. You can import them for £5000. I am quite interested, but not at that price I am afraid..
Not trying to push this thread away at all as I am generally interested.
Cheers!

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm basing the price loosely around similar cars on Auto Trader, and the fact that it has had the engine costing £3k and a few other extras worth at least a grand.
Having said that though, I think 11,000 may be a more realistic starting point.
Cheers
