Smellyvag, fotopic is alive now mate! woo hoo. Cheers
No i dont make these myself. I bought it from a Carbon supplier. It should have been around £350-£400 all ready to go on the car. Well it wasnt.
Couldnt send it back cause company went bust.
So kept it, got a bodyshop to spend about 3 days smoothing it out and lacquering it.
Now looks mint
I believe this is an exact copy of the 22b spoiler hence the little badge bit in the corner.
No holes in the boot but can be made
Again no boot lock, but can be made.
Or just keep it and whenever you do track, you can swap it over and then put it back on when finished

You dont need the boot lock, I have survived for nearly 5 years without 1, either just use the boot release pull in the car or fit a release solenoid connected to your alarm remote.
Looking at the pic's the quality looks the best I have seen, seems a shame to ruin it by drilling holes for spoilers etc.
Colin.

'Err, will this fit a wagon?' with a blowtorch and a hammer i'm sure it would lol
Just as a point of reference this was around £500 new plus has had 150 of work done on it to make it better. They are rare as anything (I think they only made a few before they went bust and I dont know of any others available outside Japan and the US). Japan Parts sell one http://www.japanparts.com/shop/shop.cgi?mode=itemlist&maker=Subaru&type_car=Impre za+WRX&type_second=Interior+and+Exterior&type_thir d=Aero+Parts%2fBody+Kits
its £525 plus shipping from Japan
Its evo composites so its not perfect but its pretty good now its had the work done. Definately a huge bargin at the current price.
btw the inside is a mould of the inside of a standard scooby boot but in black painted fibreglass. (So its shaped and has the struts etc like the real one)

i'm not sure what the standard weighs but it is a lot more especially with a largish spoiler like the V3. To give you an idea the standard boot hinges let it close gently under its own weight when dropped, even without the rear wing. The carbon one is an effort to push down to close it is so light. I've now got a double thickness carbon one for mine (cost $680 plus shipping and tax btw just for price point) and it is nowhere near as light.
iirc the one Frank has up for sale is about 3-3.5 kg. I think TSL weighed theirs as im pretty sure it was Paul who told me the weight when he was selling the one off the 22B

I would think a white STiV3 with a wingless carbon boot and a carbon hood would look ace.
The weight saving over the alloy bonnet would not be so great?
But I need a dog box, a GEMS, a FMIC, and a lot of brownie points from the wife.....
Graham.

smellyvag if the hks intercooler is cheap mail me too spent a bit too much on bodykit to buy a full priced one...... but at the right price :P
doh forgot i replied to say iirc the bootlid has the bolts to fit it to the boot struts moulded in already. Has a boot latch and mechanism ut they arent fitted yet. Trouser reckoned his one was pretty easy to fit
