im suprised ive had no takers for this box- this really is a great bit of kit and with TSLs lifetime warranty you just cant lose! email me an offer and I will consider it - these are 300+ new and cant degrade - and even if they did its covered by the warranty...

Hi there,

Will this fit a 2000W Sport or is it only for turbos?

Thanks.

No idea m8... the unit matches up with the standard Turbo exhaust centre section so if the Sport has the same size pipe diameter and centre bolt flange then it will fit. It might be worth posting in the 'General' section to find out... Jon.

I would like something like this but suspect Subaru might show me the two fingers on the Warranty front if I did !

From what i remember Subaru dont care about backboxes as no one ever minded when I made the odd claim with quite a few trick bits. I did see something on this forum a while back that subaru would discount warranty on the bit the aftermarket part bolts to, so in this case you wouldnt get any claims on your centre section.. but how likely is this as the back box on my scooby was rusty after 18months of use and im sure quickfit wont be fitting genuine subaru parts...

Ah right, I had read that any change could invalidate the warranty, I may give them a ring later and just ask the question.

How loud is it inside the car, and how come you are selling it..

Cheers

Hi Gra, Its louder than standard but its a muted rumble inside the car. not that loud but defo more sporty and suits the car well - sports cars should be louder than a std scooby is thats for sure! Its once you fit the DP that things get very noisy... ;-p

Im selling cos my Scooby has been sold. Just noticed youre in coventry which I pass on my way north most weeks so perhaps we could meet if you decided you wanted it.

Sounds alright, I wanted something to bring out the engine note a bit more, but not something that makes my ears bleed!

I didn't get round to phoning the dealers yesterday but am on 1/2
day today so will try to this afternoon. What model year did it
come off, I have an RB5 so am assuming it should fit OK..

Is it the one at the bottom of this page??

yep thats the one, twin outlets so its looks standard at a glance. if you looked closely youd see it was stainless and much nicer than standard but now im being picky! ;-p

I had this on my MY00 UK Turbo when it was standard and then later with Tek2 ECU, DP, Centre and filter etc. It will fit just fine and will bolt to your centre and fit the mounts with no problem, Jon.
