Okay straight to business. Still not sure I want to sell it but it makes sense to scale back for a few months and come back with a bang.
I am looking for £19k including one of the best Subaru numberplates: S600BES
-------------------
52 plate (Nov 2002) with FSSH, booked for 20k service next week
Run-in, warmed and cooled meticulously on Castrol RS synthetic
Spotless paintwork and interior, always Swissol Teflon waxed
I have spent 12 months and over £15k modifying this car to what I believe is the perfect balance between performance, comfort and reliability. Absolutely no expense has been spared, and the engine tuning in particular is over-engineered, with a very safe map and all of the necessary support modifications in place for a power output well above and beyond the current level of tune. Were the current 290/290 not enough for you, you literally just need to bolt on a bigger turbo and injectors to see in excess of 350BHP.

I've seen this car in actions and its ace![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
A good price as well, to mod a bugeye to this standard would cost well in excess of what edcase is asking.
bttt,
simon

Up you go but you will struggle to sell at this time of year and punters dont give a hoot to the list of quality mods, your best bet is to trade the car and strip the mods off and let the vultures on here pick over them.
Bugeyes are treated like the leper of Scoobies, by the dealers and the general public and 2nd hand values reflect this.
I've just traded mine for £14.6K and made in excess of £600 selling some of the mods from my MY01.So overall i'm happy but there is no way on earth i would have got £14K private.
Good luck will the sale.

Zippy, I agree with all your points and am seeing my dealer next week to discuss values etc. according to leaving on some key parts (prodrive brakes etc etc.)
Either way, I genuinely believe £19k is good value for this car in one piece including the plate so BTTT in the meantime
