How do the 4 pot AP's compare to the standard Subaru 4 pots?
They are PROPER brakes and are in a different league to the OE Subaru 4 pots. If you drive normally then you'll probably be OK with the OE stuff, but take it on track or enthusiastic back roads, then you'll find that the OE's will fade after a short time (like 4 or 5 laps) whereas you'll be out for as long as you want (pad-life not-withstanding) with the APs.

Add Goodridge hoses and you get a much better pedal feel with more control.

You will need to add the discs to this kit as well to get the full benefit.

Sorry to see that m8 G'luck

Cheers Puff,

I've already got the brake lines but I was waiting to upgrade the calipers and discs before putting the lines on, was also going to go for 5.1 dot fluid. What wrong with the discs?
