Does anybody know if this would fit a standard MY01 WRX and be warranty-friendly?
Also, would it be louder than the standard twin-pipe backbox or would it only be a cosmetic change?

had an STi7 box fitted to my MY01 WRX no probs.
my understanding is it will fit without affecting warranty - maybe a phone call to Subaru/local dealer will sort the warranty
did make the car sould a bit deeper/better burble factor (!), but not too loud. Also has the chromed STi logo'd tail pipe, which looks good

Thanks Andy but I've since been told that it is unlikely to be much, if any, louder than the standard WRX backbox and that I'd be better getting a Prodrive/WR version. I do fancy the single round tail pipe look but would prefer to get a little bit more sound along with it too.
