Default 2002 KTM LC4 Supermoto

2002 KTM LC4 Supermoto

Red / black
5,474 miles
Full KTM service history with Bracken M/c.

Fitted with:
Brand new Pirelli MT60s (0 miles!)
KTM Handguards.
KTM aluminum bash plate / engine protector.
KTM SXC competition silencer + airbox mod and rejet done by Bracken (see below).
KTM rear rack and Touratech expandable tail pack.

In addition:
Comes with unused KTM enduro wheels and tyres fitted with disks and supplied with the bike when new.
All original parts included.

I bought the bike new in January '02 with the intention of using it to ride to work and for occasional trail riding. Due to a change in circumstances I have not needed to ride to work since May '03 and have barely used the bike since. It has never been off road or used for a track day. The bike has never been dropped and is in excellent order. The silencer and airbox mod is something that Bracken offer to all their LC4 customers. It improves throttle response and makes the bike feel sharper. The KTM SXC silencer is not very noisy as there is a secondary silencer between this and the engine. If you want to make it noisier this can be replaced with a straight through pipe. If you want to make it quieter I have all of the original parts to return to stock.

£3,900

Please excuse my ignorance I know nothing about supermotards, does the 640 sticker indicate that it is 640cc? is it electric start or a kicker? do you have to change the oil every 2,000 miles on these things?
Oh and where in the UK are you.

Cheers

Hi Danny,

it is actually 625cc. Not sure why KTM decided upon the 640 designation.
This is the civilised or road version that is produced by KTM rather than the "Supercomp". As such it has electric start, passenger pegs and service intervals are at 3,000 miles. An oil change is required at each service.

Just remembered that it also has a recently fitted chain and sprokets (a couple of hundred miles ago).
