No it wont fit a 94 WRX, as the older ones are not intercooler mounted. This will ONLY fit bugeyes and blobeyes, as they do not require a fitting kit.

Kimera....this one fits the 03 as i had it on my car, yes it does come with both springs, and if you need to i can forward you some fitting instructions, it really is very simple

forehead i will meet you half way £65 + post?
as neilo says it does has both springs,but i can not tell you it is ok because it does not fit my car.neilo had this on his car and says it works.
