MK1 Escort rs cosworth project
The car is 1969 tax exempt mk1 escort rolling shell, round turreted with a mk1 Capri fuel tank and battery relocation kit both in the boot and metal firewall. The car has Just been resprayed in the GULF GT40 colours, both the orange and blue are sprayed on but the black stripe is a coach line. A brand new front panel was fitted and at the same time had the centre holes cut out from it. It is gusseted and has a bigger gearbox tunnel fitted ready for the cossie engine and gearbox conversion which are currently in the car, also fitted is a Capri 2.8 axle non lsd.
A list of parts that come with the car are as follows:
~2wd 205 complete sierra cosworth engine, all new gaskets, big wing sump, distributor powder coated inlet manifold with throttle position sensor and ISCV with polished rocker cover
~Standard T5 2wd cosworth gearbox
~world cup lowered rack x-member
~Spax rear coilovers
~Front coilovers converted
~2wd front calipers, brackets and large drilled and vented discs & hubs
~4 x Compomotive ML's, 8x15" brand new unused with 2 brand new Yoko A539's
~Safety devices roll cage
~4 X Cibie oscars colour coded
~Front grill
~2 x Good condition lightweight bucket seats with subframes to suit
~3 Nomad racing black face 52mm water temp, oil press and volt gauges.
~standard 2 pod dash clocks
~HT Leads
~Grp A Coil
~Fuel Tank
~Cosworth fuel pump and lift pump
~L6 Ecu
~2WD Engine wiring loom
~4x4 cosworth intercooler
~Radiator to suit
~Propshaft to suit this conversion
~RS 4 Spoke steering wheel with MK1 Boss and mk1 steering column
~Glass front and rear screens with rubbers
~Perspex side windows (all)
~Brackets weld on for rear caliper conversion
~Heater matrix
~original bumpers
Im after £5500 or VERY near offer for all of the above, and anything else I can think of I will also throw in.
PLEASE NOTE: As you can see in the pictures the car needs completing, all of the parts losted above are included however you will have to source some of your own parts to complete the car. The bodyshell needs very slight work to complete to make perfect.
