Is this for all three parts i.e disc / cover and bearing ??

My car is over 350bhp, changed my gear box yesterday , garage doing it said I should put a up rated AP one in , >> while box was out, so I did ,, the one I am selling is fine for a standard car and is in very good condition , cheers Alan.
