no need to reprogramme keys. i bought a PPP ECU off scoobynet a few months back, fitted it and all works fine.

you might get more interest if you lower your asking price. i bought a MY99/MY00 PPP ECU for £375 outright no part exchange.
a standard ECU is worth bout £80 on its own.

Well, tbh I don't really have the time to go out searching specifically for an ECU, so maybe you could find one and set up a 3-way swap or something?
I just banked on the person wanting to buy mine would swap their old one.
