Possible sale of high spec WRX bottom end
Just wanted to gauge how much i'd get for this?:
Firstly the block on the no.1 cylinder side has been scored so that the 0.5mm oversized piston would no longer fit). One of the pistons is damaged & a valve has been bent.
The remaining parts listed below are fine & have only done approx 11k:
3 x forged cosworth pistons ( +1 damaged) 0.5mm oversized
4 x steel rods
long stroke (2.2 stroker kit)
balanced crank
The whole bottom end would be sold as a whole unit. Would be a good starting point to a very powerful engine. All that would be needed is a new bottom end bored to fit the pistons, 1 new piston, rings & a valve.
