P1 NPA for sale.

For all you Scooby fans, I have the above plate on retention which means it will cost you nothing to add it on to your vehicle providing your car is not older than 1996. DVLA says you cannot put a private plate on a car, if it makes it look newer than it is. I will accept the best offer for it over £150 on Wednesday the 18th of August.
