Unhappy

As featured/seen in September issue of EVO Mag.

It is with great regret that I am in a position where the car has to go.

Usual STi V spec. Not tampered with. Mega-car! Cool Grey, 14,000 Miles. Loved and cherised.

£23,950.
Please do not use my e-mail address!!

DAZ - yep I know it costs more now - if I could do it again I would pick up probably an older STI second hand with low mileage, then mod it.

Should be able to pick up an sti 5 about 6 months old for around £21-£22k. I dont know - perhaps Simon is aiming high- I dont know? - depends how Yen moves - should go back up again. Have you seen that the STI6 is over a grand cheaper than sti5 - bummer!(source sti imports 01454 881645)

Ricky T - Ordered mine back in May - Yen 197 to pound - its crap now - I'd hold tight, especially as its nearly winter. If I were purchasing now I'd probably hold off until December, if I were looking for a brand new car - lead time about 2 months to UK, and about 1 month more waiting for SVA appointment and test!

Daz - Hmmmmm.. I'm debating whether to wiat until winters over until the mods happen - Havent spoken to Dave Morgan at Sti for a couple of weeks - must have another test drive in his 'monster' - perhaps he should lend me car for a while! should be fully worked in now and running up to 2 bar of boost - and on ordinary unleaded! - fantastic

Sorry guys, don't really know the price of the things nowadays, but it looks good with the number plate as well.

What would people normally buy/be prepared to offer for? Park Lane supplied and serviced. 3 year warranties etc?

Your probably aiming at about the right price?
Dont know what the reg is worth - would not bother me and probably a few others either way - people dont really care (my opinion)

Dave Morgan - Interpro has an S plate with about 4000 on the clock - an sti5 type R in silver in mint condition, unmodded - he's selling it for around £23-24k.

So I guess he bought it for about £21-22k
Best to check out E/Mart for prices or the other mag that sells top notch cars.

Never, ever try Auto trader - waste of time!
