NO, No No this is an RB5 Limited Edition unit tuned by ProDrive for a modest amount.
Yes, of course it's the same wing as the 99's. I didn't realise that they were ALL RED though!
The advert is aimed at pre'99 owners only, although it is still may be cheaper that having your red ones painted silver grey! Maybe you could start a trend for two tone Scoobies.
