Cool Amazing RP Television

Decided to go down the Projector route so am putting my beloved Hitachi Illumina C43WP910TN up for sale. This set is a cracker and was voted top RP Television by loads of the mags throughout its launch year.

When new it retailed for £2500 but I am well aware the price of RP sets have come down a lot since then. I am looking for £700 for it. If I dont get that, then I will keep it until the set or I dies which ever comes first
Here is a review of its bigger brother but it is in essence the same set.

The wife is not too happy that this is going but I have no doubt she will find something to fill the space

Cheers guys,

C'mon Alasdair... you know you want to ! I had to try and convince my wife that it was a good idea to sell it !!
Ian, I did wonder why it took you 30 mins to pass the house when LJ was watching Coronation Street
Dapper, I have misplaced your tel. no mate. Please drop me another line.
The other set is in place now ....... I need that projector

(and dont want to have to carry the big set up the stairs !! )
Now off to finish the plastering, papering ect...all for the sake of a new TV ! I must be mad !

Cheers

Paul

Hi there
Still trying to convince the wife
Worried what it might cost me in exchange - if you know what I mean
How old is the TV and take it would fit in an estate. Sorry to say a BMW 328 as I traded the Scoob in April.

The set is around 3.5 years old.
There is absolutely no danger it would fit in an estate car !
I will get the measurements and post them up. It needs to be transported upright due to the lenses and mirrors.
I have access to a van for delivery purposes.

Hi m8
Nope sorry I'll have to pass on this one as much as I do'nt want to.
Lets just say some thing else I'm trying to buy will be put at risk by the other half.
Still thats the fun & compromise of marriage
Thanks anyway

Ian,

What happened to the TV?
Could have a look at it for you if you want ??
As much as I know you like a haggle I am afraid the £700 asking price is set in stone mate. TBH I would rather keep it than sell it for less.
I would deliver it for free !! all 100 yards of it
The set is now up the stairs and damn near killed me and my old man !
