Andy,
I'm fed up with driving a 1.0L Micra, and your 200SX sounds like it could make a good interim car until I get my house sorted out and get myself another Scoob or Evo!
A couple of questions, if you don't mind....
What colour (exterior and interior)?
Where are you based?
Number of previous owners?
Is it the facelift model which appeared in 96?
Ever been in any accidents/major repairs?
Anything need doing to it? (Impending major service, new tyres, brakes etc)
How much are you prepared to come down from the price (I've been offered a friends 96N with double the mileage for £7K).
If you'd prefer you can email me offline at garycollier_new.uk@excite.co.uk (I can get this at work).
Cheers,
Gary.

Gary,
Its flame red (exterior), and black leather interior.
I'm based in Greenock, near Glasgow in the west of Scotland.
Owners - myself and Nissan.
No it's not the facelifted model. It's an Aug. 96 - the facelifted one appeared around Oct. 96 I think.
No accidents/repairs.
It is due a service soon. Tyres and brakes are OK.
I can't come down too much - I reckon it's already a bargain!
I'll email some photos to you.
Cheers,
Andy

Andy,
Thanks for the photographs. I live in Kingston-upon-Thames, which is quite a way from Greenock (I know because I have driven to and from Greenock for a short holiday in Dunoon, well I drove back from Greenock anyway, but took the opportunity to go the "long way round" over the Erskine bridge to experience some of the great roads you have up there!)
Because it's such a long way for me to come and see the car, I have a couple more questions if that's okay.
* The condition in the photographs looks good and there's obviously no major problems, but are there any scratches, parking scrapes etc. on the bodywork, or kerbing on the alloys?
* FSH - has this been carried out by Nissan? The car has a low mileage, so has the servicing been done at the correct monthly intervals rather than every so many thousand miles? Is it the A, B or C service which is coming up? Does any extra work like a cambelt change need to be done?
* What is the oil consumption of the engine?
* In what capacity was it owned by Nissan before you bought it? Demonstrator?
* How long have you owned it?
* Any claims under warranty?
Sorry for all the questions, but hopefully it's obvious that I am serious about it!
Regards,
Gary.
PS: I've emailed this to you as well, but posted it here too since the email looks like a work address, and it's 5:45pm before a bank holiday!

I've emailed you with more details. If you don't have access to your mail over the holiday weekend, let me know and I'll post the details on the BBS.
