Anyone around Ipswich/East Anglia want a set of 4 16" Silver MY00 wheels and tyres, only 12 delivery miles
The good people at Osborne's can't keep them for me any longer so make me an offer I can't refuse (beer tokens accepted)

I've been watching these threads with interest as I've got a set and may want to sell mine (or keep em and put slicks on 'em) but £300???! Surely you're taking the p*#s? for new tyres and wheels, what do you want blood? 
Sure some people may just want shut of them but I certainly aint at that price

£300 would be very cheap !
i have just sold my MY00 16" silvers for £400 to another customer of the dealer where i've just bought my first scooby.
they'd also done about 10 miles each so i reckon the guy got a bargain ?
he'd been quoted £88 a wheel for the rubber he wanted to buy, let alone getting 4 brand spanking new and unused 16" silver alloys for another £12 each !
he would not pay more, which i think they were worth but i was just happy not to have the hassle of dumping them in my garage and then having to organise selling them later.
£400 is a good deal.

16" Tyres are worth approx 300 alone
Just out of interest..
The price of a std 16" wheel from your subaru delear is 147 + VAT
go figure...
I think anyone wanting these should be prepared to pay £400
I have 3 sets of wheels for my scooby. MY98 16" wheels (from my old car)...Brand new MY00 wheels (never used) with tyres...and 17" OZ Super Ts.
If I was selling my MY00 wheels and tyres...I wouldnt bother for less than 400.

The wheels and tyres are now sold (subject to seeing the hard cash).
Thanks to everyone offering reassurance that £400 was a good price - it's going straight into the Performance Pack fund.

I wasn't intending to offend anyone by suggesting £300 was about right for the wheels/tyres. I guess I wasn't placing any value on the wheels because I don't need them (and they're ugly!!) I should have said that in the beginning. If someone wanted the wheels as well then £400 seems like a bargain.
