Mobile comes boxed complete with charger, camera attachment, RS232 serial interface (PC, not MAC) & software CD. There are some scratches on the facia, hence a selling price of £50.

The headset is an HBH-30. It has been little used and comes boxed almost as new. Its is currently paired with the S55, but to my knowledge can be paired with any bluetooth phone/device. This item is for sale at £40.
