I may have to sell my P1 soon. Any ideas about how much I should be asking?

It's done 6k.

Thanks in advance.

Wow £25K seems a bit low.

It would be interesting to see how much a Scooby dealer would offer for the car; see how much faith they have in residuals.

I am sure people waiting on P1s would be interested to know.

Exclamation

I have seen about 4 in Autotrader with delivery miles, and none over £31,495 (Currently 1 in autotrader and one in Top Marques at this price). The only one I have seen with any premium was the one in Ireland. I'd suggest going to a dealer and asking for his bid also, but I can't believe you would get more than £29 for a private sale.
Sorry you may have to sell,
Chuck

Kevin,

Ok £25K is a bit low, but £34-£36K is way over the top.

Why would anyone pay £34K for a secondhand car with 6K on the clock, when they could go into my local dealer and get a brand new one immediately for £31495.

The P1 is not sold out, and I have seen secondhand ones privately for £30K to £31K.

Basically you need to make it worthwhile for someone to buy secondhand rather than new. Waiting time is not an issue, so therefore it has to be price. I would expect to get around £28K for it

Regards

I've seen one in the Auto Trader for £38k.
I thought somewhere around £34-36k. Any more thoughts?

Thanks for all your input guys. I'll probably advertise it for £31k ono in the autotrader if I end up having to sell it.
