I am thinking of changing my MY99 so i may be selling the following POSSUM LINK SCOOBY SPORT BACK BOX THREE PORT SOLENOID FORGE DUMP VALVE. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW MUCH THEY ARE WORTH . All under one year old

Sorry guys i haven't definatly decided to sell. I just want to know what they are worth. I did say this in my post. However if a verry tempting offer comes along I might sell straight away rather than procrastinating ! By the way i think £190 for the back box is not enough and it is the last thing I would sell as it sounds GREAT.

Sorry to be critical but its all over priced, or should I say not priced to sell ! You have to consider it is 2nd hand and as such comes with no warranties, say I buy the Possum from you and it goes wrong a week later, what come back do I have, absolutely none. The 25yr exhaust guarantee is also not transferable.
Why not keep the car, I doulbt you will get anything near what you want for it anyway !

I paid 195 for a mint ss backbox, that appears to be about the going rate.
Me thinks you greedy
After much thought though I have decided to offer you 250 for the Possum which I think you will agree is a realistic price. Pop it in the post and I'll send a cheque by return.

Not trying to be funny or clever (heaven forbid) but,
I thought £ 190.00 was fair price considering it is second hand - I make the inc. VAT price of a new on £ 310.20 (ish) - this includes fitting if you are an SIDC member (and who isn't!).
- By the way is the warranty transferable???

OK guys I dont think i am being greedy when i expect a little over half price for a second hand product. So £250 a bit high for the back box but if you dont ask you dont get!! OFF TO LONDON FOR A FEW DAYS SO I WONT BE IGNORING YOUR REPLIES. TALK TO YOU NEXT WEEK.
