I've decided that although it's great fun, it's time to move on and try something new, so all the existing bits are for sale...
Engine: will be stripped and rebuilt with new rings, bearings etc before sale, but basic spec is EJ257 block, deck heighted with fully balanced EJ257 crank, PAR steel rods, Omega forged pistons, ARP head studs, ported Phase II high gas velocity heads, flow tested 720cc injectors, Roger Clarke modified oil pump. Engine can be put back together as high or low compression, and cam timing can be set as required (will set Group N timing if required). Comes complete with WRX intake manifold (with or without tumble generators), but no exhaust manifold; will fit MY99/00 intake manifold. UKP 3500 for the lot, built and ready to install.
Garrett GT30 turbocharger with 0.82 A/R exhaust housing, 0.7 A/R ported shroud compressor cover, 52 trim compressor wheel, complete with Turbonetics Racegate external wastegate, turbo oil feed and drain pipes (custom), water unions (custom), slip jointed up pipe, down pipe with wastegate rejoining and two lambda sensor bosses. Will fit 5 speed transmission, can be adapted to fit 6 speed but requires a different downpipe. UKP 1500 for the lot.
Lateral Performance front mounted intercooler with uprated radiator, fans and intercooler pipework for installation with Garrett GT30 turbocharger (discharge under reversed intake manifold). Performance verified on dyno testing at 595 BHP. UKP 1000 for the lot.
Gruppe S tubular steel exhaust manifold with individual EGT probes in each runner (4 K-Type thermocouples). UKP 300 for the manifold and the sensors.
Uprated gearbox with Modena 5 speed dog engagement gearset, steel selector forks, gear selector interlock mechanism, Quaife ATB front differential, currently running 3.9:1 front diff CWP and 1.1:1 centre diff drop gears, but will change to whatever is required at a small additional cost. [mail me for full ratios, but it's tall... 5th gear is 0.72 making it taller than a UK 'box, works well with high torque engine]. UKP 3500 for the lot, ready to install.
