these are for a bugeye my01 on
i bought them hoping they would fit my classic but the uppipe is different so iam just after my money back, these are brand new never fittered,

what are you talking about?
Any header/up-pipe combo that fits a bugeye should fit a classic.
What brand are they?
Just realised that they could be standard twinscroll headers from a JDm sti, in which case whoever sold them to you needs shooting!

thats wot i thought but the up pipes wrong it doesnt look right if you now wot i mean

They are OBX headers, and they should fit your car no problem, the thing is the up-pipe is specific to those headers, which is why it looks strange and why I said any Header/uppipe combo, ie headers with their intended up-pipe.
If you offer up the up-pipe to the headers you should see that they will put the turbo flange in the same place as the stock system.
