Black M3 EVO Coupe... 321bhp
My E36 M3 is for sale gents...
I've put the car in the Autotrader this week but figured I might as well put it in here too.
Bought the car in May as a Motorway basher to get me too and from London/Chester on the weekend. The car is lovely with the usual bits and pieces, A/C, full electrics,Alpine CD changer, Sunroof, Black Leather, Armrest, full closure alarm and tracker etc.
It's a 1996 early EVO with the six-speed box and the 321bhp more powerful engine. The EVO's run the well documented dodgy dual Vanos but no fear this was replaced in May (when I bought the car) by a BMW specialist and is under Warranty by BMW until May 2005.
I hunted around for the right car for a while... and currently own 2 M3's. This one is sadly for sale to finance the girlfriends mini convertible in December... 20k for a car I could never drive without questioning my sexuality?? So would anyone like this BMW to help my poor finances?
The car has done 100k miles but has a full BMW history and has all the expensive bits checked regularly. The clutch is less than 12 months old, the tyres are all good, the Sycnhros on the 6-spd box are fine, the dual VANOS is NEW. the bushes have been replaced earlier this year and the car drives and feels nice and tight. The MOT is until well inext year and the emissions report from the last should assure you the cats are in good nick... there think I've cover the main concerns.
The car is straight, no accidents etc etc, I hunted for this one for a while and know what I'm looking for... been tracking an E30 M3 since leaving the imreza scene 3 yrs ago and know plenty about the E36's and their S52 engines.
the car was used for the September issue of Performance BMW magazine in an article comparing the different generations of M3. I've got pictures of this which I will post on Monday (pics at work)... but you will find a tiny copy of this pic on Autotrader if you look for a BMW M3 priced at 9400 pounds.
I'm keen to sell the car and looking for offers better than the 5k p/x the dealer offereed me on the mini???.... might consider a p/x with you so let me know.
I'm not a trader... but I am an enthusiast, I used to be quite regular on here in the old days and if you go on the BMW car club website under the M power section and ask about me there they will tell you I'm an enthusiast and I like my cars to be spot on, or ask The_Gza (think that was his name) who bought my old Scoob on here if it wasn't immaculate.
