3 Months old. Boxed with instructions and all the bits. Was fitted to my MY98, I assume it'll fit any MY though.
Genuine reason for sale (I feel like a used car salesman saying that !) - my Insurance Co have told me to remove it.
I'm hoping for £50

Long time no hear ! yeah I'm still at Hursley. We'll have to meet up at the Dolphin again.
I would offer to let you listen to it on the car, except I've actually removed it already. It is pretty noisy yes, you can hear a lot of 'sucking' noise as the turbo spins up and you can hear the dump valve vented on gear changes.
It does however *definitely* make a niticeable difference, most notably in the low end pick up. The turbo feels like it picks up half a second or so faster. There's no difference once it's boosting until fairly high up in the revs where my car now doesn't seem to pull as well anymore.
I half thought it was my imagination when I originally put it on, but the degradation now I've removed it is shocking.
I might give a panel filter a go next time (when my insurance is renewed).
