It seems that after a drive in my car his just couldn't cut the mustard any more

As it says at the top it's a Prelude 2.2 V-Tec, Jap spec import (again!)

Red
57k miles
6 months Tax and MOT
4 new Yokohamas
Electric Sunroof
Electric Windows

Climate Control

Asking £5000, but open to sensible offers.

Mail me for contact details if your interested, or have a Civic Type R for sale

Exclamation

I don't mean to knock this but about 6 months back I looked at 2 of these (both manual, which are worth more), one L reg, 50k, £3995 @ a dealer, one M reg 38k, £5250 private. Prices certainly haven't risen since then, would suggest your friend adjusts his price for more interest!

This one is a manual 5 speed as well, he based his pricing on what's currently available in Autotrader...but I will let him know the error of his ways...again...

I bet the ones you looked at were cr@p

5k sounds fair to me, bearing in mind he will obviously haggle a bit. So accept 4.5k ish

I was in Japan a couple of months back and you couldn't get this direct for less than about 4k (lower miles though, but no security).

Dealer one looks v.cheap. Probably ****e.

All IMHO of course.

Thumbs up

Talked to Ben (the car's owner) today and he mentioned that it's one of the 95MY cars which apparently had a face lift, with an improved dash and a few other bits and bobs.

He's also owned the car for 3 years.

Incidently it's aledged to have 197 brake
