Best you let me have that front mount that won't fit then moe as we discussed at Macdonalds (after the rather wasted trip trying to go into north london for some bizarre reason.)

Any hope of getting a set of calipers and brackets to go with? What would be needed to replace a set fo 14" spec brakes. Us yanks get shafted when it comes to brakes.

Anyone got a set of calipers and brackets to sell to go with?

American Jeff,

Actually it works out cheaper for us guys to buy the brakes from the States and ship them over here, than it does to buy them from our dealers!!

Where do you get brakes in the states? There are a couple shops that sell the 4 pot kits, but they want like 500 gbp for the fronts only. Most cant even get the 2 pot rears. I am hoping for someone that did an AP 6 pot kit or something like that.

Dave,

I dont have a lot of time to explain so here are the bullets:

*you have been responding to my for sale post and Bitos for almost a week

*I put sold on my post as I discovered that my front disks had heat cracks on them, which I informed you off. Also have buyers for the Callipers.

*You than tell me that I will than buy them from Bito, I agreed that was the way to go. On this very same day/time you did not inform me of your damaged disk, and in the back ground it has almost been a week of recieving your interest on our posts.

*My big brake deal fell through, I have cracked disk also on the front, so I also called Bito, as I have spent close to 1k with him over the last few days, and asked if he would sell them to me, Bito said he is selling to you and I am 2nd in cue as he is waiting to here from you first, if you back out he will let me know.

*2 hours later I get the news from Bito that you haggaled stupid money with him and just wanted the fronts, then backed out from the deal.

*1 hour later you call me (5pm on a Friday) becouse you have know changed your mind and whant the brakes from Bito, Bito has informed you that they are now sold to me. You call me asking me to back out regardless of what plans I may have and give me a story of you dicks cracking on the very same day due to a wheel fitter putting on 17" wheels on your car(Very hard to do, unless he was blind). This story I do not beleive as you have been after disk from me and Bito almost a week, you must of been able to predict that your disk were going to get damaged, sorry for be to pull out of a deal! fat chance I don't know you from Adam!!!

*To answer your question, not that it's any of your business how I think or do my purchessing, the reason why I am selling the disks is on the very day Bito gave them to me (PE RR day) I got a call in the pm for a deal for AP's which I now have on my car....Satisfied!!! do you understand now??

MOE

Hi Pete,

Some people you know, "I want this!", "I don't care you have bougth it sell it to me" "my need is greater than yours" and so on. If I have pissed him off because he thinks he has the right to know my business than why speak/respond on my posts buy saying "boo" "dont buy them" and all the other crap?

rant over! what's wrong with the air in Brighton? it's cleaner the sh#t with breath up here in London.

I have a y-peice for you m8!

Exclamation

Moe/Pete,

I think Moe is talking about the metal y-pipe on the underside of the standard top mount intercooler, which are standard on an STI!

Your STI5 should already have one!
