Dont wanna sound a bit of a poo but bought my old fella a 99T plate vectra last week..silver with 61k on..history and in lovely nick...£1200..

Think you may need to alter your ££££ a bit if ya wanna sell it on here...people cant even get the right price for there scoob on here!!!!!

Was at the auctions last Tues, watched about 20 Vectras go through, all had between 60k - 80k and were 98 and 99 cars. The petrol cars all went for between 2k and 2.5 k, diesels around 3k.

Alot of car for your money.

I wasnt tryin to be funny...I dont know what auction you went to but that is very heavy money for a 98 Vectra...The 99 T i got the other week was from BCA car auctions and that was the price i paid..

If ya look in the trader there is 98 vectra's in for under a grand..so why there doin 3 times that at auction defeats me..

Good luck with the sale,i was in no way trying to say your car aint worth 2k..was just offerin my advice..

Part of my job is buying and selling the odd motor that comes up...perhaps im always thinkin "trade" price..obviously retail is a lot higher..
