Default Impreza Turbo Wagon, MY98, 260 BHP (Immaculate, with Pics)

October 1998, 'S' Reg UK Impreza Turbo 2000 Wagon, Dark Metallic Green.

NOW REDUCED TO £6450!!!!!

Full Subaru Service History, all stamped up, every single one done at main dealer. All receipts for all work ever done, and folder of all work done, detailing mileage and dates. Last service 4 months ago.

1998 spec with bucket seats (Leather), white dials and cup-holder! Momo steering wheel with airbag, and passenger airbag. 4 x Electric windows, and electric mirrors. Adjustable steering wheel height etc.

Full Leather interior, slate. (option from new - £1450) - in excellent condition - no rips or tears.

Alpine CD Head Unit.

I am the 3rd owner, and have owned it since June 2003. All history is verifiable, and previous owners contactable (I bought it from a Scoobynet user). I also have a full AA HPI report with mileage verification and valuation certificate.

Extensive folder with all bills, receipts and history, including original purchase receipts, all oil changes detailed with date and mileage, and all Subaru booklets.

New short engine fitted at 46k by Tilley's Subaru under warranty, due to known piston slap problem. New clutch fitted at same time by Subaru. Gearbox rebuilt by Subaru last year, at a cost of £1400, under warranty.
Current Mileage 106k, most of engine having done around 60k miles.

Impreza Mat set (Added Option from new)

MOT and Tax.

16" Speedline alloys with Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's all round.

P1 4 pot calipers (colour coded) with 296mm discs and uprated pads.

NGK Iridium plugs, and exclusively run on Optimax. Always warmed up and warmed down properly.

Colour-coded Sills.
Jun Style Front Splitter.

Genuine Sti panel filter - nearly new.

Phillips Extra-Bright bulbs.

Full Stainless Steel handmade Sti exhaust (de-cat centre-section), and handmade Sti backbox (imported from Japan, extremely rare). Will also include original exhaust and cat in sale. Or will put original system and cat back on, and sell for slightly less. Best exhaust I have ever seen or heard on a Scooby - not too loud or over the top, but awesome when pushed.
Sills, below, now colour-coded:

Cat 1 alarm and dual-immobiliser, anti-hijack etc etc.. Plus some other stuff - secure enough.

Washed weekly, waxed every month.

It's running around 250-260 Bhp. Drives like new (not only me, but main dealer told me that after last service). All original toolkit, unused spacesaver spare, and slidey boot cover thing present. Never been tracked, oil changed at every recommended interval, and more, from day 1, all documented. In fact, one of the most extensive and verifiable service histories you are likely to see. I am no 'boy-racer', hence the reason it's not chavved up and hammered like many a Scooby you will see.

It has a few stone chips, but nothing major, and the bodywork on the whole is pretty mint. The engine is perfect, never uses oil between changes, which are religiously every 3-4k. This has been looked after like a baby from new, and I never spare any expense on keeping it running right. Carstins Subaru, who have done all the servicing since I got it, will vouch for this car. Any inspection welcomed.

£6950.
Reduced to £6450

Now in the Autotrader.
Offers please - this really is a genuine example - one of the best you will find, looked after no expense spared from day 1, all documented.
Would prefer to sell to an enthusiast, and avoid an array of chavs ringing for a test drive

It's in immaculate condition, and kept so with Meguairs and Carnuba regularly, and only has the best inside - Castrol RS 10w60.

I love the legnum or Galant in any case. Wonder y they are going so cheap. Yes Mitsubishi are a bummer for parts but they are cheap.

I myself have a MY99 Sti Wagon. Hope it sells too lol

Might have look at a couple this weekend - may try Charlesworths, like you said. They are like gold-dust though.

Cool

Have fitted new Bosch wipers today, and taken some pics, as the car is today (yes, it really is this mint ).

Also have with the original manuals, a load of Subaru bumph and articles about the Impreza from when it was new.

Took some pics of the sills etc too to show general condition:

And just to show off the rest of the car again, and hopefully entice a buyer:

Come on, someone make me an offer. I doubt you'll find many Imprezas in this condition, and with this history.

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, not around the eyes but into the eyes.....you're under!

Now, this car is a steal, you want it, you will buy it for the full asking price, and you'll have got a bargain.

You're back in the room

It went today to the first person that saw it - I knew it would.

The photos didn't do it justice.

Hope he keeps it in the style it's been accustomed too - bit of a wrench to let it go, best and most reliable car i've had. The next car has a lot to live up to - but I think it may just be a bit better
