PM me with an offer mate, but think £500 is a little short of the mark

The engine code is EJ20 06 AB 22212 AB 06, think this is a standard WRX engine As parts are still fitted, sensors, inlet manifold, plugs, coil packs, etc. As I said the only thing missing is the two cam (timing) pulleys on the drivers side!!

I'm sure someone will tell us what the numbers mean later. As far as I'm aware it's an open deck block (as fitted to the WRX) and not closed deck (as fitted to the STi) Really sorry I don't know what the numbers mean myself, but have seen people discuss these numbers before.

Hopefully all will be revealed later

Sorry mis-read what you've written. Are you saying you might have the timing wheels for sale, so I or the future buyer could buy them off you mate?

Thanks Phill

coil Packs? that would be a 96 at the latest if it has individual coil packs? Does it have a inlet manifold for front entry turbo etc?

To be honest the engine came out a P reg WRX. I think it has coil packs, although I'm not entirely sure. Tell you what I'll take some pictures to avoid the confusion. Inlet manifold, I'm not sure

The engine looks slightly different than the one in my RB5, and doesn't have the connection point for the boast gauge. I thought this was a phase 1 engine? And I have a phase 2??

Do you know what the engine code means?

Thanks Phill
