Classic Shape 99V Impreza Turbo2000 Wagon
New Job and a company car forces the sale of my beloved Scooby.
I've owned the car for just coming up on 12 months but no matter how many times i do the Maths I can't afford to keep it and the new company car I'm getting (DON'T ASK WHAT THE COMPANY CAR IS AS IT'S A SORE POINT).
The car for sale is a Classic SHape99 (V-plate) Deep Blue Mica Impreza Turbo2000 Wagon which has covered 83k miles. The car is standard now but was modified by the previous owner and was professionally re-mapped when the mods were taken off to transfer to another Scoob, the only thing left on was an uprated fuel pump and the exhaust is from the Impreza P1 that the previous owner bought it still has the original CATS on. It's ripe for modding as the car is in standard trim.
The car has ran faultlessly for just under 12 months and has had a service and cambelt fitted over the summer by the dealer in Carlisle Stan Palmer's.
I will be getting it MOT'd so there will be 12 months MOT on it and about 3 months tax.
It currently has a Kenwood Single CD/Tuner/MP3 player installed which I will be leaving in and leaving the original unit in the box.
Mike (Salesman at Stan Palmer's Subaru Carlisle) has told me I can probably get more for this car but I could really do with selling it by the end of the month so I'm asking for £7500 or near offer. I don't want plagued with timewasters or people wanting to sell the car on my behalf, I just want to know it's going to a good home.

Bit disappointed with responses I know it's a bad time of year but I really thought this was a good car especially if you want to get into modding as it's pretty much standard.
I'm not averse to a little bartering either

Just been checking with previous owner, I just wanted to be sure...
Previous owner had some mods on the car, exhaust, filter, fuel pump and had the car re-mapped with a new ECU. When the car was due to be sold/traded in some new parts went to the new car (A P1 hence the standard P1 exhaust on my car) and some were sold on.
The aftermarket ECU was sold on to a new buyer on the premise that they sent back their factory component.
In short it has a standard ECU.
For anyone wayching this thread I genuinely need to shift the scoob as I don't have a garage where I live and I don't want it sat there when I get my new company motor.
This car has a genuine history and I will answer all questions as far as that goes, just for comfort Mike at Stan Palmer's (Dealer in Carlisle where I'm based) has told me he will talk to anyone who calls him with regards to this vehicle.
So come on guys and gals here is an opportunity to get on the Impreza ladder at an above normal stage!

heading for ebay
I posted the car on here because I wanted it to go to a good scooby home, I have already said that I am willing to negotiate on the price but I haven't got the room or the money to keep the car in the future.
If you're interested but aren't sure about something then ask me, if the price is a problem then tell me what you think is more realistic.
The longer this goes on the more the possibility it goes on ebay and I don't particularly want to do that.
