As I've now sold my car, there is no point in me keeping these wheels any longer so the price is now £450, absolute bargain for these wheels. Delivery/collection is negotiable, if you're interested contact me and we can discuss it.
These are lightweight forged wheels (about half the weight of a 17" P1 wheel) made by Rays Engineering for STi and were the original fitment on the S201 special edition - Click here. They are 7x16" in size, with ET53 offset which fit perfectly on any Impreza 1992-2000 as long as the brakes haven't been upgraded to massive ones (they fit fine over Subaru 4-pots).
They are basically Volk TE-37 (info here)but the STi version has a carbon centre cap with the STi logo and I believe the colour is specific to the STi wheels - TE-37 are bronze which is much darker. Prospec are the official importers for the TE-37, I don't think the STi Rays were ever officially sold in the UK. Click here for Prospec's webpage detailing the TE-37s, these are 7x16 so cost £296+VAT per wheel - if you wanted the actual STi wheels you'd probably have to import them from Japan.
They are in good nick, a few superficial marks around the rims on 2 which are barely noticable and could be touched up quite easily by getting hold of the proper touch-up pen (I've been told they're available but never bothered trying to find one cos the marks are barely noticable).
They are wearing Bridgestone S-03s which are all good, I think the back ones have loads of tread with the fronts a bit less but still a good few miles left in them - I can measure if anyone's interested.
These kind of lightweight wheels tend to be of more interest to those who place emphasis on performance rather than looks because that's where the main advantage in these lightweight wheels lies. The difference in the car's response on bumpy roads was quite noticable with these wheels compared to heavier wheels, and I'm by no means a skilled driver! Buying the wheels alone from Prospec would set you back nearly £1400 before adding tyres, and that's for the standard Volk TE-37 not the STi Rays.
Pics below are of the actual wheels before I took them off my car (with the old Falken tyres, not the S-03s which are on them now).

Sorry for the delay.
They have 16x7 JJ 53 stamped on the outside (16"x7" wide with 53 offset). On the inside centre they have "STi" and "RE" (Rays Engineering) stamped, along with "Made in Japan". There is also the little Subaru FHI logo that looks like a boomerang stamped into them - the same logo that is on almost all Subaru parts.

No probs mate, know the feeling! Funny thing is, when I asked on here for a valuation some time ago (before I decided to sell) I was told they would go for £7-800
. They are around £2k new with tyres, and you have to import them from Japan if you want the proper STi version rather than just the Volk TE-37 on which they're based.
Good luck with the sale on eBay, I'm very reluctant to go down that route myself but may well end up doing so. I won't let them go for a song though, I'm confident there are people out there who understand the benefits and quality of these wheels and value that over "bling" which seems to be more important to many these days![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Cheers

i had reserve set at £300.00,they got to the reserve just.but i pulled them out,i felt they were worth more...i only had 3 people with them on there watch list.i do feel people dont relise how good they are.i only changed mine because i fitted larger brakes.i have replaced them with a set of volks rays 17",of an S202 if it wasnt for the brakes i wouldnt have sold them for any aftermarket wheel.....good luck with yours....cheers...r25sti.

I know what you mean! There are people out there who know their worth though, you just have to be patient. There was a set on the NASIOC forum in the US a while back that sold for $1100. Even at today's high exchange rate that translates to around £600.
Good luck!
Paul.
