Default What could I expect to get for this?

If I were to put my beloved up for sale, what could I expect for it?

UK MY97 With around £10k of mods:

ENGINE:
Greddy Profec e-01 boost controller.
Magnex stainless de-cat downpipe.
Magnex stainless de-cat centre section.
GT Spec Gen II stainless exhaust headers and up-pipe.
TSL Firestorm Stainless backbox.
K&N Induction kit.
Samco Induction Hose.
Forge Motorsport atmospheric dump valve.
Andy F TD05/06 -20g turbo
Hybrid Front-mounted Intercooler.
550cc injectors.
Apexi Power FC ECU, Mapped by Andy F.
Walbro uprated fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator.
Exedy organic clutch.
It's been dyno'd 346bhp and 281lbft at 1.3bar. It literally pulls right up to the redline, it was still climbing at 7000rpm on the dyno.
That setup is good for nearer 400bhp/350lbft with some real boost, but I've kept it low to keep the standard UK gearbox in one piece (I was intending to get a 6-speed and then run it to it's full potential)

BRAKES:
Brembo 4-pot calipers with Brembo 320mm Grooved disks

SUSPENSION:
Prodrive handling pack comprising Bilstien shocks/Eibach springs
Powerstation anti-bumpsteer geometry modification.
Whiteline solid droplinks front and rear.
Whiteline adjustible rear anti-roll bar
Whiteline anti-lift/castor increase kit.
Cusco Strut-brace

EXTERIOR:
BK299 18" Wheels with Falken FK451 215/35/18 tyres.
STI version five style boot spoiler.
ETS Racing Jun style front splitter.
Flush-fit spotlamp covers.
Clear front and side repeaters.
Colour coded sideskirts and rear spats.
Alu-meshed grill.
Bootlid debadged.
Imported Speedgraphics.net 'Slamwrap' 3D Vinyl Graphics.

INTERIOR:
LINK Electrosystems knock link.
AFR Meter.
Centre console/heater vent surrounds and dash clock surrounds re-finished in Nissan starburst silver.
J-W Racing Aluminium gear ****.
Autometer 'Ultralite' Boost, Oil pressure and Oil temp guages.

SECURITY:
Ample, but I don't want to go into details here.

OK I know the Vinyls aren't to everyones taste, but they are easily removed.

The car is in fantastic condition with full service history, I also change the oil and filter every 3000 miles.

How much could I expect if I were to sell her?

I too have a 97 mate and have certainly spent around the same money in my four years of ownership. Mines running slightly less (circa 320 bhp) on TMIC and when I looked to sell earlier in the year I had offers of around £7.5k. Could have got slightly more I think providing the right buyer came along or I could have stripped the bits but that would have defeated the point I think given the hard work that had gone into it.

In the end I decided to keep mine for at least another 12 months and will probably look at selling in the summer and replace with a 2003/ 2004 sti8.

It certainly looks a beauty mate with an enviable spec. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Cheers guys, I'm not entirely sure I want to sell it after all the money and time I've put into it, but I am getting thoughts about RX7's.....

Classic case of spending a week putting it back to standard, selling the car for £5/6k and selling the mods on. Worth £2k easily without looking in detail -some good stuff there.

Well the mileage is a bit of a downer TBH, she has 110k on the clock but the only previous owner was Subaru dealer who used the car as a demonstrator/rep's car so it's all motorway miles, and we all know these cars take thier mileage well when looked after.

I've actually already had a couple of PM's from people over at MRC, one possibly interested in buying it, and another in a possible swap for his rex, '1992 , red gen 3, 65ooo, miles. Had full engine rebuild 600 miles ago..'

We'll see how it pans out........
