Fuel-injected bit is obviously ok, i am guessing the Auto bit is about the remote start as there isnt a sensor to check if its in gear or not

Hi, the fuel injector part is simply a SAFETY feature, can be bypassed.
Auto's have the park which is more electronic, manual gearbox has no electronics so its simple as adding 1 positive wire to by pass that.
