Hi guys,

My parents have got a March 03 Scooby WRX estate, in black. It also has got the pro drive pack.

They have gone to the dark side, and have just got a new BMW 535d Sport


So they are asking me to sell the scooby for them. Its got a few scratches on it, but is going into the bodyshop to get sorted out. Should be mint once we get it back, both inside and out. Its got 30k miles, just had a full service, every invoice since new (including original sales invoice), 1 owner from new - us and it is UK supplied.

How much do you recon I should put it up for? Also, any tips on where to advertise it as well as on here?

I'm thinking around £15,500. Is this way of the mark??

£15,500 is a bit pricey, go check out parkers.co.uk they reckon about £14k but then you do have a PPP so maybe nearer £14,750 - £15k if your lucky.

I'd say you're at least £1500 too high. New 05 cars are available for £16500 ish - I know which I would buy.

Try advertise it on PistonHeads and FindIt.co.uk - both free advertising I think.

Dont take too much in to account when looking at Parkers This does not reflect how much the cars are selling on the street.
