309 GTI Mi16 £850!!!
Graphite Grey metallic 309 GTI 1.9
power steering,
factory sunroof,
electric windows,
remote central locking with Piranha Alarm (with installation certificate)
The car was professionally converted 60,000 miles ago, the engine was rebuilt before being installed. It uses the proper mi16 ecu and loom.
It’s the better alloy block engine from a 405 Mi16 producing 160 Bhp….so less weight and more power than the 2 litre unit.
It’s had a fairly recent new clutch, exhaust, and timing belt.
MOT until May ’05
Tax until August '05
Overall the car is in very good condition, no rust or rot! There are a few small scratches and a few parking dints but overall very good for year. The interior is also in very good condition, no holes or marks.
This is an ideal fast road or trackday car. It weighs only slightly more than the 205, but the handling is even better as it is less twitchy and more controllable. All in all a quick and fun car.
