Performance Friction Pads for AP 4 pots

I have 3 sets of Performance Friction 5199 compound pads for the AP Racing 4 pot caliper conversion as used on the 330mm setup.

£30 a set

Do these bite from cold or do they need warming? My car has AP four pots and is used in normal road driving, not even fast that often at the mom so a pad that needs heating wouldnt be much good.
