Default Sonic blue ally bonnet

i am selling a sonic blue ally bonnet off sti type r version 6 , it will fit any classic face lift subaru, and even pre face lifts if head lights are changed. These bonnets only weigh 8.7 kg incredibly light, lighter than carbon fibre ones on ebay.

bonnet includes scoop and vents.

bonnet is what can only be described as new condition no stone chips not even one, no scratches or dents.

please ask for pics i can email them

Oh in watford area would prefer collection but may post

If you want top dollar then don't sell here It's 'enthusiast' only pricing here

As for echange and mart, well it's hard to tell sometimes And how would you know about SN, you've only been here five minutes and the first thing you've done is ponce our sales facility

No you don't have to be life long member but there is such a thing as etiquette and a bit of respect for those who may actually know what SN is all about.

Play fair Floyd, if you were selling the bonnet, I bet you'd want the going rate for a 2nd hand alloy bonnet just as much as anyone else would...

IIRC -About £350ish - £400 if you get lucky....

Erm... it's Thursday isn't it???

Must admit though Floyd, I did mis-read your first post a little...

...I apologise for my lack of etiquette and I obviously showed a serious lack of respect....

Oh.. and as for BJ.... how long did that take you to work out?

BJ, I can't work out whether you're male or female But either way, I don't see why you would want to promote yourself as an expert at it?

Expert at what?

Where exactly have I said Im an expert an anything???

Why can't you work out whether Im male or female, whatever that has to do with anything? Infact, why are you trying to work that out Loyd??

J B = My initials

I only pointed out that if you were selling something on here, you'd want the going rate for it.... Am I wrong ?

Oh, and as for someone that's new to the forum trying to sell something to other Subaru owner's... I think it's fair to say this would be most peoples first port of call, then, realising that they'd get more money for it somewhere else they advertise it there. Thats absolutely bang out of order that isn't it! Prehaps we should ask the mods to put a sticky for new members :
" Loyds Dumb*** Attitude - Newbies Be Warned! "

And as for my tongue being up SP's ****.... Not quite but near

Have a nice day!

Jay_bee - I thimk you're right to try and sell on here first - this is where the enthusiasts should be and not everyone expects to pick things up for nothing. Advertise here and you avoid the commission of ebay so I think you're quite right. If you'd been selling this a year ago for 350, I'd have taken your hand off !! Breakers yards were looking for £500, IF you could find one! Bearing in mind bonnets are £600 odd from Subaru for a steel one!!
Good luck with the sale anyway, and welcome to scoobynet.

Take a look over here too - sometimes a bit more welcoming !!

Cheers kart_man Someone with some sense of reality at last! (although have you seen my post count?) LOL

It's not me actually selling the bonnet, it's a... how should I put it... "mate" of mine that has just registered on here that is trying to sell.

I might pop over to SIDC in a bit...

Jeff

NO not a personal dig Just another example ...I dont have time to waste keep pm'ing email'ing etc: when people think "oh i can make a **** load of money of some unsuspecting punter on ebay,"
Instead why dont they say look people i fcuked up on the price its 300 quid take it or leave it,Thats my own opinion of being fair..
Ive been there in the past bud some you win some you loose but thats how it is unfortunately,
Being fair with a little etiquette and respect in my book goes a long way but not everyones the same...
