From the end of April I will have my MCS with the BBR220 conversion for sale. The car is in as new condition with amazingly with NO stone chips, dents or marks on it. The wheels are unmarked except for one tiny chip (pot hole) on the front left.
Maybe it's the constant cleaning and polishing with Swissol products

I ensure she is always warmed up and cooled down. From day one the car has always been run on Optimax.

Car was carefully run in as per the users guide and then at approx 1300 (March 04) miles she was taken to BBR Gti in Brackley where they performed the 220 BHP conversion and lightened my wallet of approx £1500. Part of the conversion included a replacement K&N panel airfilter.
Immedialtely after the conversion and running in period I had my local dealer perform an oil and filter change.

First registered January 23rd 2004 and covered just 10,200 miles todate.

High specification which cost me approx £18k when new.

The car has cost me approx £20k to get to the excellent spec it is now. All receipts and associated paperwork available.
A first service will be done in the next few weeks.

Thanks Dave. Surprisingly little response so far for such a good spec, low mileage, quick car.

I bet it would surprise a few scooby drivers how quick it was and the handling is sublime Coming from a few Scoobs incl. my last a P1 with bumpsteer mod, I reckon the MCS is a much, much better handling car with much more feel and feedback. Lacking in the grip dept though ;-)

How have you kept the warrenty or does it now exclude certain parts ?

Fair call. However, my dealer and many others still honour the warranty. See mini2.com for other BBR owners. And not that it matters, but I don't go shouting about the conversion or have any stickers on the car highlighting the work by BBR.
