Hi Ray_li,

Main reason for thinking of selling is because of the little one (11mths old) and practicality. Other reason is I have just resigned from my Job and new place do not give you a fuel card!, plus new place will mean 80miles a day, which I don't want to put on the car.

Will be gutted to see her go..

Hi Sti7,

It hasn't got ABS. It has the Diff Control on the Centre Console.

Money wise.. I haven't seen many if any X-Reg Type R's. Also looking at the Trader not that it is anything to go by I should be asking for IMO Stupid Money. But I believe I know what they are worth.

So considering ts condition and me being the third owner, I recon asking for £11,000 is reasonable.

Let me know what you think, as the car will need to go.

Thanks I have your number, the front bumper needs a little bit of TLC which isn't a problem to me and stone chips are wear and tear on even a 10Km car

Sorry to be a pain but how would you rate the rest of the body work for the year? bad, fair, good, very good, showroom. use a plus & minus if you like.

Pm me if prefered

Regards,

STi7

Ps I'm not trying to beat your price down as you fairly stated

Hello peeps,

Looking at the Log Book it states registered on the 27/10/2000, This matches with the Vehicle Maintenance Plan. Also it was initially imported by David Hendry Cars, Just checked the website and they look professional, If that helps.

The VIN Plate Number states GC8F2DD which means its a Version 5. If it was GC8G2DD it would be a version 6. info from http://www.catherineandken.co.uk/sti/wrx.html

Sounds like a bargain, If I do say so myself...

Hi STi7,

I would agree that front bumper needs a little bit of TLC, the rear bumper would also need touching up, above the number plate area.

I would rate the rest of the car as verygood.

Hope that helps.

good luck with the sale mate, I know what you mean about the practicality aspect as I've got a Type R ver5 and recently became a father!

Getting the little one in and out of the baby seat at the back is a nightmare.

But these are special cars and although i considered selling mine recently, there's not much more out there for the same sort of money that give's you the same driving experience....or gearchange!

tough bein a daddy ehe?
