Edited to add that I'm the 2nd owner.
New MAF has been fitted at last service.
#3 Piston was taken out due to a previous faulty MAF. Dealer picked up the fault @ MOT prior to my taking delivery of the vehicle.
The block and piston (IIRC) was all replaced under Subaru warrantee - all work performed at Listers of Worcester (prior to them becoming a Lexus dealer)
