I now (due to having bought a PowerBook) have for sale an Inspiron 4000.
Its specs:
Pentium 3 - 650MHz
160MB RAM (2 Removable Modules)
5 GB HDD
Integrated 56K Modem
PCMCIA Modem/10MBit Network Card
Serial/Parralel/USB Connections
Interchangable CD ROM/Floppy
Comes with Dell copy of Windows XP.
However it does have a fault. The power connection at the back works intermittently, and if you jiggle the cable it will work fine. Put it this way, XP loads fine. It probabily just needs a blob of solder on the right connection. I haven't opened it but if you hold the connection it works. It really is one for the solder bods
Also battary is good for perhaps 30 mins IIRC.
£90, postage at whatever it costs to send via Royal Mail.
