The exhaust housing has been wrapped in a turbo blanket (£110+VAT worth) to keep exhaust gases hot to speed up response and also to keep underbonnet temps down.

Am interested, how much is hardly used ? only ask as it seems quite close to new price for a used turbo ?

Hi Martin,

It's gone back to the standard TD05 as I'm selling the car. Can't afford to keep 2 modified Subarus any more.

It was purchased for a project that was finished and literally skint me in the process so as soon as it was done the car was stripped back to standard and all the bits sold so the turbo has done less than 10 miles and all off boost as it never got remapped to the extra level of mods, so for all intents and purposes it is brand new, plus it has the turbo blanket fitted.
