Homer - I am interested but do you have the original receipt for this, or any proof that it was yours? I only ask as a mate of mine bought a laptop on e-bay recently only to find it was stolen when he tried to get it repaired under warranty!!
Also how much RAM, whats size HDD, how old is it and what do you mean by 'lots of extras'?

Your other half is getting annoyed that a laptop is taking up space??. Thats a bit harsh isnt it? Its not exactly an 80's super computer. 
I can vouch for the 7010 though, good machines and great for watching DVDs on due to the wide screen.
