H&S System For Sale
Back box and centre section for sale. Its off my MY2000 Classic. It's been on the car for 2yrs. Good condition, bit of carbon build up around the bottom but will polish off. Getting taken off the car on tues when the new one goes on.

Im really only after the back box. I want a better exhaust note than my standard exhaust but dont want to up the BHP coz my insurance company will add mega bucks to my premium!! Does the centre section take the CAT out? I presume if it does then it will up the BHP.

I think you'll find it will add money to your premium just havin the back box mate and will prob cost nothin more to have the full system! get a quote with both if unsure. Yes it does remove the back CAT and is good for circa 20BHP.

They have quoted an extra £100 on my premium for any BHP increase. Therefore im after a back box that doesnt effect it. Im no engineer and I know all back boxes will make a slight difference, but I doubt they make more than about 5 BHP difference. If I can get one like that I wont have to declare it because it could never be proved that the box made that insignificant difference!

Matt, if the centre pipe has no silencer and no cat then a friend of mine might be interested? If you decide to split them that is!

Sounds promising. Let me know Matt and we can work out a price for the backbox. I presume it is in good condition etc? Only other problem is that I would probably need it delivering (Im in Hull). I would be quite happy to pay delivery obviously.
