Assume it includes a wide-band sensor?
Also, what is the diameter, i.e. hole size for panel fitting?

It includes everything pictured. The O2 sensor is for the unit but i do not know for sure if it is a "Wideband" as such. The guage reads from 9-1 ~ 17-1, so has a much wider range than a Lambdalink
I think the sensor is on a m10 thread but will need to confirm with the local engineering shop and the diameter is smaller than the Subaru one
